Welcome to the First Online BILETA Conference. Due to unprecedented circumstances, BILETA Annual Conference (Regulating Transitions in Technology and Law) which was supposed to be held in Tilburg University on 7th and 8th of April 2020 had to be cancelled. We would like to thank the organisers Prof. Eleni Kosta and Dr Leonie Reins, and the events coordinator Ms Femke Abousalama who put so much effort into planning the conference.
